A New Beginning…

Today is the day.

I don’t think I’m alone when I say this—but for a long time, I felt like I was wasting my life.

Not in a dramatic, movie-scene kind of way.
More like in the quiet moments.
The ones where you sit with yourself and realize you’re not where you thought you’d be… and not even close to who you thought you’d become.

I’ve experienced trauma. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve stayed stuck longer than I should have.
And if I’m being honest, there were times where I knew I had more potential—but I didn’t act on it.

That’s a hard truth to sit with.

Because deep down, I’ve always felt like I was meant for more.
Not in an ego-driven way—but in a there has to be more to life than this kind of way.

More growth.
More discipline.
More purpose.
More life actually being lived.

The Realization

At some point, something shifted.

It wasn’t one big life-changing moment.
It was more like a buildup of small realizations that I couldn’t ignore anymore:

And the biggest realization of all:

No one was coming to change my life for me.

If anything was going to change, it had to start with me.

The Great Be Rad

This isn’t just a name.
It’s a mindset. A philosophy. A decision.

The Great Be Rad is about becoming who you were meant to be—no matter where you’re starting from.

It’s about:

For me, it’s personal.

“Be Rad” isn’t just a phrase—it’s a reminder.
A reminder to live better, think better, and do better.

Why I’m Sharing This

I’m not writing this because I have everything figured out.

I don’t.

I’m writing this because I’m starting.

Because I know there are other people out there who feel the same way:

This is for you just as much as it is for me.

What This Journey Will Look Like

This journal is where I document the rebuild.

Not the highlight version—the real version.

You’ll see:

I want to try new things. Push myself. Improve different areas of my life—mentally, physically, and financially.

And I’m bringing you along with me.

This Is Me Starting Over

No perfect plan.
No finished product.
No pretending.

Just a decision:

I’m done staying stuck.

This is me choosing growth.
This is me taking responsibility.
This is me building something better—day by day.

If You’re Reading This

If any part of this resonates with you, just know this:

You’re not too late.
You’re not too far gone.
And you’re definitely not alone.

You can start where you are.

Just like I am.

If Change is to Act, being Great is to Be Rad.
